Here is a story which i heard from my father oneday evening over tea.One of his friends had recently been to the himalayas, the famous mountain range in the world. While he was walking along the mountain paths, he came across a few other vistors. Betweenthe visitors were an old lady and her grandson . The small child admired the beautiful mountains and snow covered peaks .He said to his grandmother :"How nice these mountains are! Can we take them home, grand ma?" The old woman smiled and said. "Dear ,if some child like you had taken them away yesterday , would you have had a chance to see them? Now if we take these mountains away today, then tomorrow, another child will not have the chance to see these beautiful things . Don't you think they are so nice that everyone should see and enjoy them?"
What a noble thought !Our lives become meaningful only when we learn the value of everything and give up our desires to have everything for ourselves.Just as the saying goes,"The rich man is not the one who has the most , but one who needs the least."
